4th VR/AR Association Meetup

    Entidade:  VR/AR Association & LISPOLIS
LISPOLIS will host the 4th VR / AR meeting promoted by the Portuguese chapter of the VR / AR Association (VRARA), which aims to bring together the Virtual and Augmented Reality community in Lisbon. This session will take place on October 2 between 5:30 pm and 7:30 pm.

 

 

Registration is free, although required, through Eventbrite.

- Nicola Rosa, Global Head of Immersive Learning at Accenture XR, an innovation, experienced design, strategy and technology expert who has worked for Google, Yahoo!, IBM, Spotify, and Atari, and is currently part of the Accenture where he is leading the Extended Reality (AR & VR) practice for Europe. With more than 15 years of experience delivering complex B2E, B2B and B2C digital solutions, he has an extensive knowledge about mobile, immersive technologies, data visualisation, broadcasting, media and digital entertainment.

- Miguel Marques Paulo, is an experienced IT Manager mainly in the infrastructure area with know-how in IT Strategy, Cloud, Service and delivery management. Working for Siemens since 2014 on international projects, is used to a fast-paced environment and helping IT overcoming digitalization challenges.

- Universidade Lusófona is going to present the official launch of the Graduation in VR / AR. This is the largest Portuguese private university, and the main institution of Grupo Lusófona, which administers other universities and colleges in Portugal, Brazil, Cape Verde, Angola, Guinea-Bissau and Mozambique.
