GovTech – Final event

GovTech is an initiative of the Government of Portugal that aims to reward and support innovative products and services, created by startups, that fit the solution of one of the 17 United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (ODS) "Which aim to" Transform our world by 2030 "- in a national response to the challenges that arise in Portugal and in the world.

 

 

This program seeks functional prototypes of products and services that fit the public sector or the private sector with an associated business model.

 

On October 4, the final event will take place between 5 pm and 8 pm at the Lisbon Planetarium in Belém, where the 6 finalists will have to demonstrate their prototypes in person to the members of the jury. At the end of the event, the 3 winners of GovTech will be elected, who will sign a protocol of collaboration with the Portuguese State to develop and test the product or service. The three winning projects will also earn a monetary prize of 30 thousand euros, space project implementation in a national incubator, support for internationalization and access to two ALPHA tickets for the Web Summit, as well as the possibility of exposing the product or service during a day at the event.

 

This event will be public, everyone can participate, and will be attended by investors from this area of ​​sustainable development. Registration is free here.
