RH Conference 2017

RHmagazine and IIRH organize another edition of RHconference, an event that intends to be the meeting point of the community of human resources professionals to take stock of the year and to prospect the future. This year, the theme of this event will be "The humanside of work: inspiring passion, connection and loyability", and will have two dates: October 24 in Porto and November 8 in Lisbon.

More than 20 experts will present practical cases of success and discuss several topics essential to human resources management.

 

 

Among the themes under discussion is the attraction, development, management and retention of talents, training trends, motivation and productivity and management in the diversity of multigenerational and multicultural teams. The conferences (Porto and Lisbon) are followed by a day of dynamization of two workshops "Performance assessment instruments and methodologies" and "Salary policies for human resources managers", which will be held on October 25 (Porto) and 9 of November (Lisbon).
