WE’BIZ Talk & SPA Demo Day

On May 23rd, the ANJE - National Association of Young Entrepreneurs will promote the WE'BIZ TALKS & SPA initiative from 09:00 a.m. to 07:45 p.m., at its National Headquarters, in Porto (Casa do Farol, Rua Paulo da Gama). DEMO DAY. The event will kick-off the Start & Scale Week, energized by Scaleup Porto, and intends to give continuity to the vision of placing Portugal in the forefront of venture capital investment, boosting the national scaleup movement by bringing together the best Startups and the best international investors.

The agenda of this event is divided into two parts. A first part will be more focused on new companies and what they can learn from national success stories and Portuguese reference players, including representatives of projects such as EatTasty, Muzzley, GuestU, Coimbra Genomics, LandingJobs and APTOIDE, as well as Of institutions such as FNABA, beta-i, Portugal Ventures or Caixa Capital. The second part, in turn, already brings together specific contributions for projects that seek to take the next step and scale business, with interventions by speakers such as Romain David (former Uber), Elmar Schnee (MindMaze), John Fontein (GoEuro), Yoram Wijngaarde (Dealroom), Laura Grimmelmann (Accel Partners) or Jorge Brás (Pathena).
